I am still confused lot of people are saying that vampire knight is coming out ou not which is it?

If your talking about the manga then it's not coming out anymore because it's finished (unless there are extras ou something). If your talking about the animé then I don't think it is either because nothing has been officially confirmed.

The manga is finished and the animé is finished as well toi can watch it on watchcartoononline

The manga is now complete, though there have been a few additional bonus chapters since the official end.

The animé ended after 2 seasons, when the story had reached about halfway through the manga's story. It wasn't picked up for a third season.
