Bella - Her Fear of Aging?

We know how Bella has some serious issues about aging because each an she ages, she becomes one an “older” than Edward. Her fear of aging is borderline neurotic, but it all seems to stem from not wanting to appear older than Edward. I’d always had a hard time understanding this – after all, Edward is well over 100 years old – he just doesn’t look it. And I always thought “So what if Bella becomes a few years ‘older’ than Edward in appearance? No one’s going to be able to tell!” But I suppose it’s a big deal to Bella. To this day, I don’t understand that fear.......

Honestly, if toi were Stephanie Meyer, and toi were écriture Breaking Dawn as we speak, how would toi write it, (write what toi really think will happen in the book) these things for example:

My vision had faded and I couldnt feel anything. But I could still hear. Some part of me didnt want to listen. But the other half did. I tried to listen but all they were talking about was how the weather was, how I was acting, and how long the antidote would last. "Somewhere between 30 minutes and an hour."
