Giving birth to her and Edward's half-vampire, half human daughter Renesmee, she nearly dies as Renesmee nearly breaks all her internal bones, and only then does Edward change her into a vampire. So to answer your question, yes Bella is changed at the end of the seconde part of the book "Breaking Dawn" I know because I read it :)

My guess is they'll probably film the wedding and pregnancy and all of that the first part and then the whole Volturi thing in the suivant part.

There's going to be TWO movies, so they might just play the whole Bella's wedding/honeymoon/pregancy & Jacobs internal torment etc (in the first movie). I don't want to spoil it for those who have not read the book. So I'll just say the seconde movie could be Bella's 'turning' & the Volturi thing.

BTW - Edward does not "bite" her, he injects his venom directly into her heart. MDR ... And there's other stuff, but the movie may not play out like the book. so who knows? hahahaha --- BUY THE BOOK ALREADY! MDR
