I highly doubt a vampire will thirst for that type of blood. But if vampires do...Edward just simply fights the urge to not be attracted par that as well. :)

Im guessing that he sneaks into her bathroom and sucks the blood out of her pads ou tampons then simiply puts them back in the trash.(Im just kidding because i doubt that he like that kind off blood lmao)

i think that vampires don't crave period blood, which is waste. I personally think that blood, and period blood smell and taste differently. When bella has her periods, then he probably cares for her, and gives her every need.
