I was lucky because three of the options had both the male&female from the same show ; therefore, I was able to find interaction scenes =]
PS = Don't think of age difference because apparently I wasn't lucky on that part! :P

(#1) Chandler & Phoebe - If I wasn't so crazy about Monica/Chandler I would totally ship this AU couple <3 They are hilarious together, and even if they have few scenes through the whole show, their chemistry is amazing! Plus, there are my favorite male & female characters ever <3 I may not ship them but they are a pleasant crack-ship for me <33

(#2) Barney & Lexie - He's super cute, she's extra cute <33 They would so hit it off!!! I would like them together actually, but Barney/Robin and Lexie/Mark always after all :D

(#3) Sheldon & Brooke - That would seriously be the worst couple that has ever existed! EVER! She is hot, he is not, she wants passion, he wants science. Do I need to say more ? Even though they're both cutie pies, they would still be horrible together! I would love them as friends however <3

(#4) Ross & Jess - I don't have some special comments on this one, except that they're both crazy and hyperactive so I guess that would work out (don't think of the age difference, again!).

(#5) Mark & Piper - This would be interesting, they are like opposites attract but in a good way! Piper reminds me of Lexie so that would be great <33 Either than I ship Leo/Piper and Mark/Lexie hardcore (3rd and 1st favorite couples!) I would like them!<3

(#6) Kurt & Santana - He's gay, she's lesbian, they're friends on the show, end of story.

(#7) Jackson & Monica - I wouldn't see this one, Jackson is from a drama, Monica from a sitcom, he's romantic, she's competitive, now that I think of it, not at all :/

(#8) Leonard & Rachel - I ship this cross-over for a long time!<33 They would be PERFECT together. It might be the fact of how similar I find the two actual couples (Ross/Rachel and Leonard/Penny) with the geeky boy/popular girl situation! They're both sweethearts so yeah I totally ship it <3

(#9) George & Miranda - Ewww just ewww. Not only the age difference, they were good friends on the show, he is too cute for her and she is too fabulous for him! Not at all, gross! :O I do love their friendship though!

(#10) Nick & Lily - This one could really work! I mean ok, he has found his perfect girl (Jess), she has found her perfect man (Marshall), but if you think about it, they're both hilarious, and maniacs, and caring, and pretty so why not ? If I hadn't voted for Leonard/Rachel this would be my next choice for sure! :D

Since you say Leonard has similarities with Ross I guess that would fit
but ROSS&RACHEL 4EVER haha :P nothing bits them :P

p.s. I think I laughed so hard on the Brroke/Sheldon one LOL . I imagine Brooke trying to seduce him and Sheldon being in his one world :PPPP
