Chapter 29
Who and what is it?
Practically everyone in the room was leaving, the police had left already, to chercher the other places Dorothy’s been, hoping to find some evidence.
Dad had stormed out when we were released and mom, Jess, and I were just leaving when a group of girl’s blocked my way, leaded par a lucid looking Meredith.
“Your in our way.” Jess said, levelly. “Better get out of it.”
“I’m not here for you,” Meredith threw a glance at her, before turning to me. “I’m here for that freak.”
“Excuse me, that freak is my daughter.” My mom said, eyes blazing with fury. “The only one I have at the moment.”
Meredith looked down for a second, before glaring at me. “We’ll be bring her back.”
“Your not taking me anywhere.” I say. “Now déplacer before the police have to come again.”
Meredith doesn’t stir. “You think your so cool, well your not, and toi never will be. Just because Dorothy’s gone doesn’t mean anything’s going to change. So don’t act all tough, just get your butt over here.”
“I’m not jouer la comédie tough, I don’t and never will think I’m cool, and don’t toi dare say anything about Dorothy.”
“You threatening me?” Meredith glowers. “Because I highly suggest toi don’t.”
“You Don’t scare me. Your pathetic, toi need your cronies with toi in battle instead of fighting on your own, and if toi threaten me, I’m telling the police. I’m sure they’d be glad to hear all about it.”
“This isn’t between them, it’s between us.”
“And what’s between us? We haven’t even been formally introduced, yeah we saw each other at the funeral but toi never walked up to me. We’ve never spoken, and we have nothing to talk about.”
“Yes, we do.” Meredith says. “It’s sad, how toi think, your not and never will be cool. Dorothy was always better, toi killed her for no reason.”
“I didn’t kill her!” Jess has to latch on my arm, so I won’t strike out.
“Of course toi did, Dorothy never liked you, toi were always her least favorite, and she was always better. Who else would kill her?” Meredith laughed. “And the psychic thingy, wow, toi really are mental, not to mention messed up.”
“I. Didn’t. Kill. Her.”
“Just confess, and we’ll leave, tell them the truth. Trust me.”
“I didn’t do anything! Why would I?! I loved Dorothy and she loved me! I would never kill her!”
Meredith opened her mouth to retort. “Yeah ri-”
“She’s telling the truth.” A voice behind her cuts off her words.
We all turn around to see Serache, who’s standing par the door, listening to everything.
Meredith scoffs. “Back off cousin, your not in the convsersation, go away.”
“She’s not lying, she didn’t kill Dorothy.”
“Oh, she didn’t. Then who, pray tell, did, cous?”
“I know who did, I saw it, them, I was there that night, the night she was killed.”
Time froze all around us.
Meredith blinked rapidly. “What?!”
“I wasn’t a part of it, I was too late, I saw it in a vision, right after I relived the night of our revenge on Cady, for telling everyone the group’s plan. She, appeared in there Mere, she is psychic. The vision was my nightmares, I’ve been having them for a while. I was hit par a bat and drowned, little did I know it was Dorothy’s experience.”
“Nonsense!”
“You know why I had visions of her death? it’s because in some way, we were connected. In some way Dorothy cared about me, greatly too, which is extremely creepy.”
“I don’t believe it!”
“Yeah, well toi better, because not to long ago, like just last night, I had a vision toi would never believe, and your in it.”
“Yeah, what happened?”
“I saw what happened the night Dorothy died.”

Because I'm too lazy to type it again. :P I wrote this poem because I just graduated a school and it's really sad, and I do not like the idea of leaving all of my friends. I know that there are a few that I'll never see again. So I kind of vented about it through this poem. I hope it's good. Hgfan5602 is such an inspiration, so this is pretty much dedicated to them. I've always stunk at poems, and I haven't written one in ages, so I hope this will suffice as a decent piece of poetry.
