Who do toi think she would be? Or, do toi think she's even a character on the show?

I'm talking about the face logo of a female vampire licking blood, from the season one promo ad. Do toi think she's a character in the show, ou not a character at all --- she's just there? I'm talking about the girl/woman in the photo.
