Starscream was weak compared to Btawl strength. And Brawl has wild combat.

Brawl has the brawn, and seems to carry many weapons that require close range. He could easily punch Starscream's puny little head off, if he had a clear shot.

Starscream lost his eyes, his life, and his dignity to a human!!!!! That would be like a human getting killed by a squirrel!!

At least Brawl got some real talent, he was able to throw Jazz off of him a few feet away and battled Jazz, Ironhide and Ratchet all at once, but he didn't get hurt at all.
