Londres (Reuters Life!) – The legend of the Titanic lands in Londres this mois with an exhibition featuring 14 new artifacts from the sunken transatlantic liner and video footage from the site of the wreck.

"Titanic: The Artefact Exhibition" opens November 5 at the 02 Arena, and focuses on the human stories behind the liner's 1912 collision with an iceberg that killed 1,517 people.

The exact location of the sunken ship was a mystery until 1985, when it was discovered several hundred miles off the coast of Newfoundland.

Ok I saw this last night on Film 4 @ 6:55. Titanic which won 11 Oscars(yes 11 folks) is based on real events about the ship that killed thosaunds of people. The movie begins with old Rose(Gloria Stuart) telling the story of her experience on the Titanic and her realationship with Jack Dawson (played par the lovely Leonardo Di Caprio) who is an irish artist who likes drawing. As old Rose is telling the crowd who are researchers who are axinous about the ship ,her life on the ship begins.
