She easily gets the most time in the limelight on the show. Among fans, she is not a popular character but she still gets lots of attention, even from fans of the show that do not like her. So yeah, I guess either way she gets attention, but the kind of attention she gets among the fans is not as positive as the attention she gets from the writers!
