Catherine is named after Catherine of Aragon, King Henry's first wife in memory of her. Her father believed she suffered the most out of Henry's wives because of the way he broke her cœur, coeur and cast her out. Also his mother was a lady in-waiting to her and was faithful to her until the end. He was close Friends with Princess Mary who was the daughter of Catherine.
