actress tied the knot with her long-time love, Matt Kaplan, on Friday, April 29, 2016. While the bride — carrying a fragrant bouquet of white, yellow, and pale pink garden roses — stunned in a dreamy strapless gown, the groom looked dapper in a fitted blue suit.

In a brand new photo that Claire uploaded to her Instagram account this past weekend, the newlyweds are seen sharing a tender kiss under the sun at San Ysidro Ranch, a serene venue nestled in the Montecito foothills of Southern California. “Mr. and Mrs. Kaplan,” Claire captioned the breathtaking shot below. “Thank you to our beautiful families for making the day so special.”

, first announced her engagement to Matt in July 2015 via a photo of her sparkly ring which she captioned “Yes!” She then revealed that the two of them adopted an adorable puppy named Henry together.
