I haven't made up my mind on this one. On one hand, if he takes the job, it will make the Jam relationship more interesting, which would create a great storyline. On the other, if he doesn't, will he leave Karen for Pam. Can't wait for season 4.

Who will be offered in Michaels place= it will be a great season finale. What will Jans news be: the office is getting bigger/ an expansion.

If he accepts he can go to corporate and Jan can put the moves on Jim! How crazy would that be?

If jim gets it, he should accept because then it wouldn't be akward with Karen and Pam in the same room, plus then if it's still around, Pam can go to that art thing in New York, and they can work together. If that art computer graphic thing is over, then she can just quit. She hates the reception gig. But I don't think that they are offering jim the job anyway, so it probably won't happen. But if it does, that's how it should be.
