I like all their manes! I think they're well suited to their characters, somehow. Simba's mane makes him look chilled (as reference to his days with Timon and Pumbaa maybe) but at the same time looks smart too (after all, he is royalty)! Mufasa's looks majestic, Scar's makes him look like the evil mastermind he is and Kovu's is slightly on the untamed side without being too scruffy!
