HELP PLZ!?!?!?!?!?!!?

Ok so I keep seeing this scene(in fan made vids) Where Grell and the Undertaker are fighting...I mean did i miss an episode?? ou is it an ova?? I thought I saw all of them O.o any way im kinda freaking out over this as toi can tell so any info??
