Should I read the books?

Well I just got an app with all three livres but I don't know if I should read them ou just watch the movies?

The livres are absolutely amazing! Suzanne Collins does a beautiful job telling the story!

I haven't read the livres yet but I'm planning to. In my opinion, the original version is almost always the best one, and in this case that's the books. If toi already have them on this app and aren't hesitating over whether ou not to buy them, I don't know why you're asking, honestly.
