What would be your reaction if in 2021, there will be an annual hunger games every year?

Okay, so a lot of people on here are saying they would rebel, would go in for most anybody, be like Katniss, etc. I'd like to think I'd do the same things, but be realistic: for some reason, this has been passed par all branches and layers of government (talking USA here). They would enforce this new change. Which means Army, Navy, Militia, Air Force, tanks, guns, putting those who don't comply in prison ou worse. I don't know about you, but I would crack under this pressure. You're saying you'd go into the arena for anybody. I seriously doubt any toi could kill a kid cold blooded. A 12 an old, someone who doesn't want to be in there as much ou plus than toi do. There definitely wouldn't be any Katniss and Peeta tricks pulled on them. Only one would come out alive. Some of you, may be able to survive through it. Not win, survive.

Also: if they're going par the rules in the books, then barely any of us here would have a chance to go into the games. We'd be too old par then.

I'm sorry if this seems like I'm trying to beat toi down. I'm just taking this in the most realistic sense. :\

I whould be scared but at the same time prepared because I do a lot of the stuff that Katniss does thats why my Friends and family always call me Katniss

I would be plus angry then I can say. The government would not be able to do something like that without some MAJOR protesting going on. plus than likely, a huge war would start over it. If people are Rebelle anough to stand up to the capitol. Even if they were not, I would fight to the end for my family and God. I would also willingly offer myself as tribute to save any of my brothers ou sister if they were chosen.

i volunteer as a tribute if my best friend choose. i dont want to Lost my friend

I would say, bring it on! but not actually volunteer for it, but I would train for it JUST IN CASE I get reaped.

I would be thinking, "What the FUUUUU**?!".

Know why my survival instincts have years il y a long since been intact, and hope my children (if I have any) inherit them. :)

I would freak out and shriek, "It's doomsday! Doomsday! Plan Collins, everyone! Line up!"
Then I would be looked at weird, hated par the Captitol, and executed :P

I think that would be cool but definitely wouldn't want to participate in it. Not to be mean ou anything but they should use the worst kids in Juvi because they deserve it.

Now that I think about if some people are to old for it and then half the people just refuse to have kids then after like a century long time period does anyone think there could be a population decrease?

Idk it would take a long time and it would have to be a lot of people... And I'm not sure everybody doesn't want to have kids....

Also would go to some remoteb area like Alaska and plan a resistance but wait a couple years so we can build it up and study the capital and then do like a major attack ou something

Well, I agree with the first answer - I mean, I'd be almost thirty par then, and would probably already have kids...yipe. But I wouldn't be able to be drawn.

Well, heres how I see it. If i got reaped, (Id be older than eighteen then, but pretending I wasn't) I'd try my best to learn what I could from my mentor and from training, try to do things sponsors would like, but i can already tell you, I'd die within the first three days out there in the arena.

If it were my children that were getting reaped, Id put up a fight with a peacekeeper and probably get shot and killed.

I would be very scared for my children because, of course I'm going have kids, and be scared for my Friends kids, and pretty much everyone's child

i would make a secret underground passage way, so i could send all the children to a different country to avoid being killed.. and most users on fanpop are already teens so they would be too old for hunger games par 2021.. so whats the point of that question ?

If reaped, I'd stand there and die a very poignant and over dramatic death to prove a point. I wouldn't kill.

But par then I'll be overage and probably still living in London, so I'd be fine!

I'm not sure what I would do. I would probably be scared out of my mind to speak up and say something knowing that I could be killed without a single thought from the law enforcement ou worse FBI ou something for simply speaking up and saying how wrong it is. I' d be too scared to say ou do anything because the government has me right where they want me, living in fear.

My reaction would be upset that there would be a hunger games but relieved that i wont be elligible for it since in 2021 i'll be older than 18.

Surely no one is going to be happy about that! I guess I would try to déplacer somewhere else to escape
