Wanda lies about her age because her new host is so young (I can't remember off the haut, retour au début of my head and I'm too lazy to go find my book and look it up; not quite seventeen I think). She remembered the pain that Mel went through when Jared initially felt that she was too young to be with and she didn't want to have to go through the same thing with Ian.

yep this is right.. the host was almost 17 but wanda a dit she was almst 18 instead becoz of wat she remeberd bout mel and jared ^^^
Yeah. I believe that it's because she remembers what happened with Mel and Jared and so she didn't want to go through the same thing. And I personally think that that is good that she lies about her age baceause then...she can be with Ian *sigh*
