Where's Grover from?

so we know that he had a dad... but he died when he was very young
but where was his om... he had never even mentioned her... did he have a mom? ou did he grow up in Camp Half-Blood...

No one knows. We don't even know his family except for his uncle who was turned to stone par Medusa. He probably just grew up at camp. In the first book, Chiron knew a lot about him so I'm guessing that he was born (how are they born anyway?) at camp, and grew up there...
