i am really confused.. What is the truth?.. Is it really dedicated to her or it is just a rumor?.

It was dedicated to a girl (no doubts on that).
but the thing is that some people say that:
Reila was Ruki's ex-girlfriend that comitted suicide, while other people say that it was a girl from other band (which all the GazettE members knew) that comitted suicide.

I don't remember where I read about the second one ^

I mostly believe in the first one, because of the lyrics and the video itself.
But even if it was for his ex. or not, it's still a great song.

I'm sorry, but you're all wrong... it's actually a tribute to Clapton's "Layla," which is a very famous song in Japan (also the reason for 'layla' in Nana). What is said about the girl in the two songs is actually very similar: The singer is crazy about her, somehow she left him etc. Structure of sentences is also somewhat alike.... of course, in the gazette one, the message is sadder and more gentle... like it better =)

mh, wanted to add sth: seriously... did any of you ever lose his/her partner?

because if so you probably know that it is too painful to write a song about it or even make a video recreating something like her murder (with Kai and uruha as her murderers?). Personally, if I were him I'd cry everytime I had to sing it in a concert.... I rather think that he would not discuss such a loss openly in a video (in a song perhaps)...

I have no idea what to make up of it, I think it would be hard to sing a song about someone you love committing suicide, it could be true, it could not be true. But I think most likely its based off a real life experience of someone he probably knew or something he read about. He did say in an interview his songs are inspired by sad events he has experienced and heard of. So I'm just going to have to go with I have No Idea.

im not even sure..but i think it is really just a rumor..coz RUKi himself didn't ever confirm that right?and he said that their s0ngs were based on the sad events hAppening on their surroundings..so i think it was just a st0ry..a very very sad s0ng as well..no wonder why RUki cries when they perf0rm it in lives :)

beautiful and powerful song. it doesnt matter whether or not the rumor is true. its an awesome song and you can see how much emotion they put into it especially ruki and aoi. (in my perspective)
