What are Regina's dresses called?

Our dear Lana is quite used to wearing some pretty beautiful dresses. And thankfully for her, many of those wonderful dresses consist of a jumpsuit surrounded par an open skirt, as seen above, for easy mobility. Though they are still probably hot (I bet Colin is jealous [he's always complaining how cold he is which is so cute]).
Is there a specific name for these wonderful articles of clothing?
