Going by the first couples seasons. Otherwise Parks would top it, for me.

TVD....where do I even start with this trash? It used to be good. The original family made it great for awhile when they were on. The show has had some great characters (none of them the main three/love triangle) with great potential...unfortunately Julie Plec and her goons are only great creating potential...with no follow through :(
They moved the original family to their own show (which was great at first but I quit recently), then killed Katherine (season 5 was awful), then they gave us the amazingness that is Kai/Bonkai in season 6, but evil Plec didn't like it and killed him off, ruining his character development and their story....just to give us the trainwreck that is season 7 (I'm not even watching anymore but follow it through twitter/tumblr) and Bonnie with Enzo and the creepy Caroline/Alaric/Stefan story *shudders*
Not watching anymore but still keeping my fingers crossed for Klaroline.
