I would absolutely LOVE to have Rapunzel's hair, I used to dream of having it all the time. But I think I'd rather pick Elsa's ice magic. Who wouldn't want to create staircases, palaces, and dresses out of ice?! Within a few seconds, especially! Ice and snow are so beautiful. I've always had a love for the cold and snow and ice. The cold doesn't bother me much (just like it doesn't bother Elsa! Haha, remember... THE COLD NEVER BOTHERED ME ANYWAY, the famous line from LET IT GO). So, that's my final answer!
