Everybody submitted some great suggestions, but I think this is the creepiest ep they've made- so far.

I didn't include Great Pumpkin because it seemed kinda obvious.

I still get freaked out watching this.

It was really funny to appear Paris Hilton in this episode as a blood-thirsty murderer. As it seemed to me, she liked Dean more. :D :D :D

Was hard to pick between Bloody Mary and Family Remains.
But took Bloody Mary, really hate mirrors and it's not makes it easier with a scary girl looking back at you. Getting goosebumps just think of it! XD

Anyway really love Monster movie to :D

Just because honestly this episode STILL terrifies me! Seriously, I can't even say those words out loud anymore, and I plan on watching it again (crazy I know lol) along with some other really freaky episodes on Halloween this year! :)
