OK so Sam lived on his own when he went to Uni, so we know he can do the whole domestic side. But I'm guessing that was not what you meant. And really we know that Sam can't hunt on his own he needs Dean there! They are a team and work best when they are together.

That's one reason I want Sam to have a permanent love interest. He'll need a shoulder to cry on- a big one- if he ever loses Dean. Not that I think Sam would actually cry, but he'll need someone to do for him what Dean always did- force him to talk through his anger and pain.
