Why do people hate araign? e, araignée Man 3?

I do l’amour all the spiderman movies. The reason why I THINK people dislike Spiderman Three (I dont)isnt because of venom, who is an awesome supervillan, but because of the black suit itself. If I recall correctly, Peter Parker acted like a jerk to MJ and pretty much every super villan in the movie. That just ruins Spidermans "Good guy to just about everyone" slightly nerdy in a good way image. The reason why so many people rejected it was he just wasnt "Peter Parker" anymore.

I have two reasons 1:Because people had higher expectations do to Spider-Man 2. 2:Because people didnt understand who the real villain was. Most people think its venom ou sandman but its really spider-man. He is fighting the battle with in him self.

toi know, I'm not really sure. I loved Spider-man 3 a lot and I liked the black suit thing but I will agree that Venom himself did seem a little rushed. That actor who played him was stupid and didn't do a very good job. But I loved the sandman, actually. Some people say he was stupid, but I found his story really sad. I think the trilogy came to a satisfying crescendo and resolution in this film and it's too bad not enough people liked it. The Spiderman trilogy was actually surprisingly consistent as far as quality. Some others, not as much...Tranformers, Shrek, even Pirates of the Caribbean.

Why Spider-Man 3 sucked.

I really don't know. I agree fully with you. Spider-Man 3 was awesome.

I didn't like spider-man 3 AT all.
Here are my reasons:

1.I thought the directors should've used one bad guy for the movie because to me the movie was all over the place

2.IMO I thought they turned Spider-man 3 into plus of a chick flick than an action movie.

3.The whole thing with black suit on how if the hair was down it was bad spidey ou if it was normal it was good spidey. I thought that was dumb. Do the directors really need to make it that obvious??

4.Venom wasn't exactly was I thought he should be.

5.I didn't necessarily like the storyline of the movie either quite frankly.

I agree with toi there was some good scenes in the movie but to me that wasn't enough.

I loved the movie, only because there were plus villains Peter had to face and the Sandman was awesome.

The climax: Spidey begs for Goblin's help, gets an ass-kicking before 'Bad Spidey' takes over and disfigures his best friend. Then, Spidey gets the living daylights beat out of him par Sandman and Venom until Goblin saves his sorry butt. Then, Goblin takes out Sandman AND sacrifices his life to save Peter. When Peter realizes nothing he could throw at Goblin is good enough, he throws, what else, one of Harry's bombs at him. And then lets Sandman walk out gracefully while Harry dies in his arms before MJ.

He's supposed to be the freaking superhero. He's supposed to save the day. Why in the world would anyone like S-3 after this... this... I don't have any polite words

I thought it was alright, but really not the greatest. There was so much stuff that was wrong and should have been fixed.

1] Harry/Goblin Jr. should've have plus screentime. I would have liked to see him do WAY plus than just attack Peter/Spiderman, like terrorize the city a little bit like his father did in the first movie. It was kind of dumb to have Harry lose his memory through half of the movie. I was also kind of mad they decided to have him killed because he was such a good character with a lot of depth.

2] Mary-Jane was really annoying in this movie. She expects everyone to feel so freaking bad for her. I hated how she wanted Peter to care for HER feelings and HER problems when there are plus things to worry about than just her. I mean, Peter can't help it for criss's sake! that's the price toi pay for dating a super-hero woman! get over it!

3] About 70% of this movie foucused too much on Peter and Mary-Jane than almost anything else. The battle scenes were very weak, making the movie boring.

4] The villans in this movie sucked, not as great as the Green Goblin and Doctor Oc. Both Sandman [although I felt bad for him] and the so-called Venom were just weak period. They should have had someone better to play Venom.

So yeah, I think that's why a lot of people hated it, and truthfully I can't blame them. If I could turn back in time and fix this god-awful mess, I most certainly would. I would do anything to make it better and less boring.

finally, the last fight of the movie was disappointing as too many ppl died

Great review,thanks for this... … After I first saw SM3 in the theater .. I really liked it, thought all scenes were excellent except for a few .. Then the reviews came out .. some negative ..most good … 63% good at Rottentomatoes .. and I changed my mind over time to think of it as a flawed jewel .. But then the Amazing Spider-Man came out .. and that changed my mind again .. ASM is not as good as SM3 .. in just about any cinematic category toi want to bring up .. character development, message/themes, acting, plot, fight scenes, villains, cgi/SFX, SM3 is better par far .. The only thing I thought was better about ASM was Glen Stacy .. and her father Captain Stacy … everything else was just way off and rushed and not well thought out .. In summary, SM3 is a good comic flick and better than ASM

'Hated' is a strong word, let's say that Spider-Man 3 didn't get as much praise as the first two. There are still lots of people that did like it. Me, for example.

Anyway, I think there was just too much stuff going on to be able to focus on one thing. A black goo has landed on the Earth, finds an interest in Peter Parker, Mary Jane has trouble adapting to Peter's life as Spider-Man, Flint Marko running from the cops, turning into the massive Sandman, Peter finds out he has a rival at the Daily Bugle, Harry uses performance enhancers on himself just like Norman did to get revenge on Peter, and at the very end of the movie the black goo attaches himself to Eddie Brock to become Spider-Man's arch-nemesis, Venom.

Because that's what Venom has become in the years, Spider-Man's arch-nemesis. toi don't make a superhero's arch-nemesis appear in a movie for its last 20 minutes. That's like asking for criticism.

Wow. I like Spider-Man 3, but this is the main reason why I like the first two films a whole lot better. Too much stuff going on to be able to focus on one thing, ou to pick a favourite part. That's something I like to do after watching a movie. Im-friggin'-possible with a movie like Spider-Man 3.

I think it has to do with people who grew up and bought all the comic books. For some reason if the superhero movie isn't exactly like the comic book then it immediately is seen as garbage par all the comic book fans. I don't understand why toi would want the movie to be exactly like the comic because then toi already know how it's going to end and toi just wasted $10 going to the theater to be disappointed. Let the directors be creative! Just because it's not like the comic book doesn't mean it's crap. In my opinion spiderman 3 had a great ending and the sandman and new goblin made sense. toi knew from the first spiderman that Peter and Harry would eventually fight. Venom was rushed and could have done more. Even if they extended the movie to include plus of him it would have felt plus balanced. He could have easily been the only villain in his own spiderman film and it would have worked. The dark suit was well used and was not a hindrance in the movie. Peters personality change with the suit was consistent and fitting because the suit changes the host. global, ensemble a very good film and in my opinion the Spiderman trilogy were better than the first Amazing Spiderman film.
