Who is hunting the identities? (RP)

Note: This is mainly for those who have Identity characters already. If toi don't have one, toi can still do it, but it will be slightly different. I will explain

For those with identities...

The character that is closest to your identity character gets a phone-call from them, telling them that they wanted to meet at the park at twilight for a game ou something. Your character is slightly confused as to why they didn't just teleport to your character and tell him/her, but shrugs it off and goes.
When they get there however the Identity is dead. It's chaos-energy gone, with lifeless eyes, and acid dripping from it.
Your character finds the phone one the ground. It's still working.

For those who don't have an identity...
Your character is walking around when they see a large flash of light. They investigate and find a dead identity.
Your character sees two figures; one with red eyes, and one with green. They both dart off as soon as toi see them. Who do toi chase, if toi chase?
