SBS\'s \'How to Eat Well and Live Well\', SISTAR\'s Dasom and Soyu helped a high school women\'s soccer team prepare a meal for their elderly lunch lady.

After hearing the touching story of the soccer team and the elderly lunch lady, Dasom couldn\'t hide tears in her eyes, thinking about her own grandmother. She revealed that her grandmother has been suffering from Alzheimer\'s for a few years now, sharing, "I\'m sad and sorry that my grandmother and I weren\'t able to make more memories together when she was healthy."

My grandmother has started to forget a few things but she doesn\'t have Alzheimer\'s at least not yet even though unfortunately she did recently have a seizure... It\'s just scary when you have to see your grandparents or grandparent in that condition especially when you know that there\'s nothing you can do since there\'s no cure for Alzheimer\'s. Unfortunately it happens to a lot of elderly people at a certain age and unfortunately there\'s just nothing we can do about it... It\'s just really sad...

Dealing with Alzheimers is not fun. Both my dads parents developed it, doctor called it when he said my dad had 90% chance. Now that dad has it, it\'s a pretty set thing that, at least in our family, it\'s hereditary (usually it\'s not). Now me, and my siblings wonder are we next. Our memories are bad enough though we\'d probably never know. All you can do is take it day by day and try not to get upset when they start forgetting things. Remember they are losing there memory; they are not stupid. Remember they probably can\'t tell why you are upset when your around them because they can\'t remember or do not realize they have the disease. My grandmother was in mad denial till the end.

There was also this one lady she was afrikan lady, she behaved very normal more normal than me. I thought she was staff there until I saw her receiving medication from a nurse. Be careful if you are ever in the mental ward. Its not a joke in there its a like prison only with chill people and bingo every 2 hours.

what\'s harder isn\'t the fact that she doesn\'t reconize you every 2 minutes , but the fact that the situation gets worse and you know u can\'t do nothing about it , even spending as much time as possible won\'t be enough since she won\'t even remember them

I didn\'t know her grandmother has Alzheimers\' decease. It must be very hard for her not to be able to create memories with her. Fighting!
