Silent films Question

Need a recommendation.

I'm currently a filmmaking student and I have to come up with a research proposal for suivant year.

I've decided to look at 1920s German Expressionist cinema and it's impact on modern cinema.

I've seen films Nosferatu, Metropolis and Pandora's Box. What other films have toi seen that captures that expressionist vision?

The number one must be The Cabinet of Dr Caligari. Although not pure expressionism, many Fritz Lang Films contain elements such as Dr Mabuse the Gambler. toi should also watch, among others, The Golem and The Last Laugh.
