INTERVIEW
Geek Magazine Interview #Taemin
Q: It is already a new year, what do toi wish to do?
Taemin: I want to have my own studio. It will be nice to have my own private l’espace when I want to organize ou recall my thoughts. If I have a work room, I will probably be able to write good songs ou learn plus about musique faster. For now, what is greater than my desire to present my own work onstage is the wish to become an artist with my own style.
Q: What is your personal wish?
Taemin: To have a spontaneous vacation (i.e the say go then immediately just go kind). On a jour when my Friends are all free and just set off. Walking around on a bustling rue can also become a rest time. Having a satisfying vacation doesn't need to involve an amazing place ou detailed planning beforehand. Just thinking about escaping from life for a while already makes me excited.
Q: What does WGM mean to you?
Taemin: To put it nicely, I'm really not good at matters which involve pleasing the opposite gender. Not only that, it is very awkward to be around such people. In the past, I don't express myself that much and from this variety show, I have also learnt how to express my feelings.
Q: In WGM, toi gave off the image of being able to express your feelings really well
Taemin: Is that really how toi see it? (Ha ha ha) In actual fact, I like to have direct and straightforward conversations with my friends. I am plus used to conversations between males which just involve me asking a question in one sentence and the other party just simply giving his answer.
Q: How do toi feel being a widely recognized idol?
Taemin: It is a very amazing thing. There is the nervousness aspect, especially when we received the 'Artist of the Year' award last year. At the moment of thinking whether we can get the award, I was completely frozen. While being happy for having that kind of qualification, I feel at a loss at the same time.During overseas performances, when I see the fans who give so much attention, it is a familiar and mysterious feeling and it can also be a dit that it is a reality which is not easily believable.
Q: With all these (being a widely recognized idol), do toi feel sad sometimes?[/background]
Taemin: Of course, there are times when I get upset and also times when I feel the burden. I'm really thankful but gratefulness alone is not enough and I want to do better and set plus goals. I do not want to care about thoughts such as "How is my popularity like now; How much l’amour have I received" and I try my best because I just want to do even better.

I didn’t see the translation for these Q & A so I thought I would translate them. They are not as polished and eloquent as the ones provided par sweeetbulletaem and squishyjinki, but hopefully, toi can get the gist of them until sweeetbulletaem and squishyjinki publier a plus polished version.
Q: At some point, SHINee, including Taemin, earned a reputation of being one step beyond idols. Do yourselves feel the same?
A: We were not active domestically for a an due to our overseas activities. During that time, SHINee and I grew a lot. We learned a lot while performing on big stages and big concerts repeatedly. One par one, our stage continues to be packed with each additional thing we learn. Now we are strategizing to advance one plus step. I want to fill a stage par myself. I performed a self composed song par myself at a concert and I was very happy. In future, if I become plus skilled, wouldn’t it be possible for me to perform well without getting intimidated regardless of how big the stage is?
Q: Now that we’ve been talking, it seems that toi have many worries about “My Own”.
A: I am really happy to be part of SHINee with members, but every now and then I want to do everything in my style. Just like SHINee as a group has a distinct characteristics (color), I want to find my own characteristics (color). Doesn’t becoming a man mean the journey to find one’s own characteristics (color)? My dream is to try “Until there are no regrets.” Until now, SHINee relentlessly tried various musique without rest. Genres were difficult, and dancing and chant at the same time was overwhelming. Sometimes, I would initially question, “Is this possible?” but it turns out it really is possible. During past activity as a singer, I repeatedly realized that it's possible if toi try.
