If Shikamaru Nara was a pokemon trainer, what pokemon do toi think he would have on his pokemon team? Why?

Sawsbuck

Sawsbuck is a great choice, because of the Nara clan association with deer. I think that a Mega Gengar would be a nice choice for him, donné as it has "Shadow Tag" ability, that prevents foes from switching out. I agree about the Umbreon toi mentioned earlier, because it is a pokemon whose moves are plus strategical, based on status conditions, support and stall, instead of sheer power. So, we have a Sawsbuck, a M-Gengar and a Umbreon puntil now. Gliscor would be a fine addition to his team based on it's versatility. It's a great stall breaker, and a balanced pokemon who is inmune to moves such as eartquake and to poisoning. I'm not sure about what pokemon will be the last two remaining to complete Shikamaru's team, because I want to give him a balanced team, and I haven't thought about a complete strategy yet.
