i would get down suivant to him, stuff something in his mouth and call 911 and if he's avaliable i'll call yukio okumura to come and help

He had alot of those. Probably my guess over 3-4 because he cant remember his memories. And Black Doom could be doing aomething really bad to his mind thag makes Shadow horribly sick.
