how did nate and serena actually start dating? because what we last seen was them at the hospital and then in 3x13 they were going out? does someone know how they became a couple?

nate and serena were just Friends in 3x12......

Yeah agree they don't say but i guess after nate stayed in the hospital and took care of Serena i think she saw that he was there for her and then they started dating..but is a mystery.
