no, round and round is plus about a relationship with a guy who she is dating off and on. I personally think it is about nick jonas, bacause they have dated afew times and sources say they are heating up again. Selena and Justin are just friends, so that is why I don't think this is about him. Another theory of mine is that it is about ex-best friend Demi Lovato. Both working on Disney shows, they have most likely talked since they have been last seen together, and Sel might be confused about their friendship.
