Well, I don't know, but in Bravo Dooby Doo(it was a crossover episode where scooby meets johnny bravo, toi can watch it on youtube) it was pretty suspicious that Fred and Daphne were "searching for clues" in the basement while everyone else was getting chased par the monster.
Defenitally! Because in that episode of What's New, scooby Doo?, Velma's cousin Mell seems attracted to freddie and Daphne starts jouer la comédie jealouse and saying that she's the monster. [though she probally really think that she's really it]
