Sailor Moon Subbed DVD-Is it a good choice to buy? (English subbed).

On ebay, since it seems like NOBODY has any of the seasons I want which would be 1,2 and 4 I'd decided to buy a dvd.

On ebay I've seen some one the same discs and some same completly subbed and the others only certain seasons. It says episode 1-200 complete with the movies.

For the seller reviews say excellent shipping and stuff, is this relible? Has anyone bought DVDS with subs for Sailor Moon?
