does any one know how bakura got the ring back from duelist kingdom

Plot Hole! I'm thinking Bakura, knowing him, probs kept a pice of his soul in Ryous and some how, even though far away, very difficultly got him to go and get it par controling him ou setting off a trigger in his mind that he's missing some thing. But who knows if toi really want to know you'll have to watch the Japanese version.

Bakura is a bamf
he does what he likes and if he wants to get back to his host, he gets back to his host.
he makes the rules no one else.
