Busy times!!
salut everyone, hope toi are all well.....

Well, it’s been a hectic few weeks here and I’m écriture this as we fly from Dallas to charlotte – flight 12 out of 14 in the two week promo trip – toi know me and airports so toi can imagine how delighted I am about that!! Although, touch wood (or aluminium tray table) my case has appeared on the conveyor ceinture at the other side every time!! I’m now realise I’m guaranteed to lose it all on the way home!....
Travelling aside, the promo trip has actually been a lot of fun. It’s been great to get back to some old familiar stations and some new ones as well and, of course, plus importantly to meet some (old!!)* familiar faces and some new ones along the way as well. ....
*[Please note when I say “old” I mean am in no way referencing age…ahem…]....
The craic has been good as well with Keith and Jean on the road with the odd bang and scrape along the way just adding to the stories to bring back!!....
We did manage a jour off in New York, where a very good friend of mine was able to get me a ticket for the Yankees/Red Sox game at Yankee Stadium. It was another great sporting experience to lodge in the memory bank for the future and, I suppose another box ticket in my sporting bucket list!....
So now it’s the plan is to finish off the final two station visits this time around in charlotte and Columbia and then I’m back accueil and straight into the studio to finish the recording of my album. I’m still really excited about how it will finally sound and, I suppose, if I’m honest, a little anxious to gauge what people’s verdict will be on it, but – my philosophy has always been “if toi don’t try, you’ll never know” and I guess I’ll find out very soon if people like it ou not!!....
Coupled with this I’ll be making the last few checks to the website before it goes live in the suivant few weeks. My “to do list” seems to be growing par the day, but that’s the way I like it!!....
The suivant few weeks are again going to be very hectic. From the recording I will be heading back accueil to go into the first rehearsals for the new CT tour in Dublin. Again this will be pretty exciting to see how the new montrer will pan out. I just got to hear some of the recordings of the Celtic tracks that we will be performing live on tour and I think they are going to surprise and excite toi all in equal measure! It’s going to be a great show!!....
Oh thanks again to all of toi who have contributed to the Duckfast Derby Fundraiser. Your generosity has again amazed not only me, but all the fundraising committee back in The Moy who have been waxing lyrical about the fantastic Thunderheads! Now toi have fans in The Moy in a sort of reverse way! I l’amour it!! Anyways, I'm so looking vers l'avant, vers l’avant to picking the winner out of the hat from all your donations - both through the Angels' Facebook page and through the club website on the jour of the actual Derby - the 4th September.

Anyways, the lovely cabine crew lady (is that the correct term!?) is politely asking me to turn off my computer and prepare for landing. Great – I’ll be seeing another airport in just a few minutes…here’s hoping my case sees it too!!!....
