As toi all know, Rhonda Mae Harding Lyon faced a gruesome death on this past season of Empire. Rhonda will be remembered for her loyalty to Andre, her sass, smart, and fierce nature. Many were devastated to find out that Rhonda was killed par Anika after they fought about the death of her unborn son, and many were enraged, as they wanted Anika to die instead, as revenge for her killing Rhonda's baby boy.
Rhonda's death has me thinking, If Anika were to die, there would definitely be a great storyline for Andre and Rhonda. I do not think the writers should have killed her off, as she brought diversity to the show, and Anika was one of the least-liked characters in Empire.
Here are some scenarios that could happen instead of Rhonda dying:
-Andre and Rhonda fight about her killing Anika, as they try to hide it again.
-Rhonda gets pregnant again with Andre's baby, as well as dealing with the stress of killing Anika.
-Rhonda ends up going to jail while pregnant for Anika's murder.
-Rhonda helps Andre plot to take over Empire, as well as killing Lucious.
- We can meet Rhonda's family, and learning plus about her upbringing, as well as seeing flashbacks of her and Andre's relationship, and wedding.
the Empire writers are clearly obsessed with the "drama" Anika brings to the show. But they didn't realize that Rhonda is much plus well-liked, and that there are so many plus possibilities for her. Rhonda will forever be missed.
