this should be changed to "no, not at all". i never think its a bad word. i mean, i never talk crap about anyone, even though crap-ish people talk crap about me behind my back, so why should crap be a bad word? it has a definition, and any word that is written into a dictionary i consider to be okay to use. does that make sense...? ^.^
