Lol but realistically, there are small differences stemming from the fact that kebabs are Turkish and souvlakia are Greek. The meat is marinated slightly differently, and there is more garlic in souvlakia. Also, modern souvlakia tend to have fried chips in them.

I don't know if this is a thing where other people are, but in my city, it's a hotly-contested issue (Where they are prized. They also seem to have gained a reputation as both a great lunchtime meal, and one that you have in the wee hours of the morning when you're absolutely smashed after a night out).
