People seriously don't know what overrated means anymore and it's annoying because it's not a difficult word. it's not a synonym for "someone I hate". it means they get more praise than they deserve. does Kim get that? of course not.

you guys are confusing overexposed with overrated is all. she's not overrated even slightly, except in looks maybe.
