These are some of the ugliest traits a person can have, but ignorance just makes me loose faith in humanity, especially if someone is ignorant and arrogant at the same time. The worst thing is that most ignorant people think they are always right. However, I hate Kanye and just dislike Britney, not that it really gets to do with anything.

Both are bad but sometimes ignorance can't be helped; sometimes people just don't know or understand something. And that problem can easily be mended through books and respectfully educating or informing someone.
Arrogance is down right annoying because the person trumps around thinking they are better than everyone and that they can get away with everything. Look at Bieber. Look at Kanye; he compares himself to Jesus.

I'd say both. I will try my hardest never to be either.

^She thinks Canada is over seas. She has said many other stupid things and she is keeps using stereotypes to associate people. Also getting a little off topic, shes also very rude. Her fans are out in the cold cheering and she walks past them like they are nothing and ignores them.

Ignorance is something that can be fixed by learning from the mistakes you make from your ignorance and gaining some common sense. Arrogance just makes you intolerable and I can't stand people who think they are better than everyone else. I didn't know that about Britney. Part of my childhood just died because I used to be a HUGE Britney fan. When I got older, though part of it was because she became a train wreck, my love for her just faded and I realized that her voice wasn't that good.
