HeLp PlEaSe!

I need a banner to match this picture,and i cant make one myself because i dont have photo shop,and when i make one's on myspace,they ALWAYS come out blurry.So can anyone help me with my problem?

(Also,i wont care if it say's Ashley Greene on it.)
