i like to sautee whatever type o garlic i got in some margarine (powder, salt, minced, chopped, whatever) and then throw in an egg with some salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika. I know some people are picky with eggs, this is just what I enjoy.
That over easy over some riz with some beans. it's simple, but pretty darn neat. I think good limited nourriture is all in the seasoning. If you're not seasoning your steamed vegetable bags over the stove afterwards, of course it's gonna be bland broccoli.
