What do toi usually do to overcome a low spirit?

Sometimes exercising can help.

Sometimes écriture about the emotions can help.

Sometimes playing a video game ou watching some animé / TV helps as it keeps toi busy.

Taking a walk could do some good - especially in a sûr, sans danger but plus nature filled area.

Meditation and body / mental mindfullness practices.

Drawing has helped before.

Looking through collections can also help ou things that toi have been working on to see godo memories associated to them.
