Viriijda gurrm question

What's a trait toi would associate with "perfect game design"

Example A.K.A Wantas answer cuz why the fuck would Wanta ask a question and not provide his own opinion like seriously wtf is with that shit?:

I l’amour it when the musique for a stage ou level or, if toi are insanely old, "board" is timed so that toi reach the end of the track at the same time as toi reach the end of the stagelevelboard. Like in Mario Odyssey. In the 2D portion where Pauline is singing, the person who I was watching actually wasn't dawdling ou going slow and they reached the end of the stage right when the song was at its end. I loved that shit.

Gameplay.

The game has to be challenging. The Need for Speed series for example is too easy, it's just win after win after win. However, it has to be challenging without being frustrating. Call of Duty can be frustrating when the enemy throws a grenade and toi don't have the chance to escape, toi feel like you've been cheap shot par the game design.

If it can be challenging without being frustrating, it's a good game

Puzzle games are a big example of this for me. A puzzle game with puzzles that are way too simple and easy ou ones that are so convoluted that they ruin the pacing of the game...

ok i rlly like the whole "simple 2 play but hard 2 master" type stuff. like toi got all these simple mechanics nd moveset stuff but u can do so much w/ them mayb that the developrs didnt even mean.
since u brught up mario lmao the 3d mario games hav always been good at tht. like mario's moveset has like 5 moves but u can combine all those 2 do some rlly cool stuff. Nintendo games r rlly good at that sort of design nd i l’amour it.

Usually a wonderful balance and mix of creativity, simplicity, and challenges. A really nice game design would be both unique and challenging, but also not horrifically and excessively complex?

I dunno. I didnt particularly fully understand the question but I like that balance

Like Nihiliumbra was great for its unique / creative game mechanic
