Quote help?

I'm doing an essay on a Thomas Jefferson quote, and I need help. The quote is, "Determine never to be idle..it is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing." I'm going against the quote, saying a lot can be done without always doing. But, I need a opposition. Any clue on what I could put? (I need 2 of them, also).
