Well I l’amour 2D animation because of the authenticity it brought to animation! But! CGI looks a heck of a lot plus realistic when it comes to scenery and stuff like hair so it's really hard to choose! Okay okay when it comes to characters I prefer them hand drawn but when it comes to the background of the movie I prefer CGI. There I explained it! XD although Lion King will always be the best!!!
Though I very much appreciate hand drawn animation and the work that goes into it, I still prefer CGI. It's all just so realistic, and it just makes the characters and backgrounds pop more. The backgrounds are all rich and thick (Take for example the aurora in La Reine des Neiges during La Reine des Neiges heart!) and, CGI just interests me a lot more, with it's detail and fluid colors. I'm not hating on hand drawn animation, but CGI is definitely my favori of the two.
