Birthdaycard help needed.

salut could toi guys give me some help?
my dad turns 46 the 12th of october and i dont know what i am gonna Draw on his birthday card. He is often jouer la comédie childish and i wanna Draw something a child would like, because he is plus childish then most teenagers i know, including me sometimes. So if toi guys could maybe come with some suggestions that would be very nice. Thank you.
